Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and keep aside.
Place the chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals. Stir after each one, until the chocolate has completely melted.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until almost combined. Fold in the chopped Oreos. Do not worry if your mixture becomes thick, it’s meant to be that way.
Pour the mixture into the lined pan and smoothen out the top.
If desired, top with extra chopped Oreos.
Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or until the Oreo fudge has completely set.
