6tbspsugar(I used 3 tbsp caster sugar + 3 tbsp brown sugar)

¾tspbaking soda
1cupall purpose flour
½cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Melt the butter. Once it has has cooled down, whisk in the sugars and then stir in the milk.
Sift the flour, baking soda and salt into the same bowl. Gently fold to combine.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Tip the cookie dough out into a small balking dish and pop it in a preheated oven at 180C for 8-12 minutes until the edges have puffed, turning golden-brown, but the centre is still soft. It’s important not to over-bake this, if you want the inside to still be gooey!
