Blender Oat Banana Muffins

Free of any refined flours and refined sugar, these soft and fluffy "blender" oat muffins are a deliciously-healthy snack to blitz up for you and your little ones, with the batter coming together in minutes with the help of your blender!

Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup milk/ Mylk of choice
- 3 tbsp almond butter/ nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Dry Ingredients
- ⅔ cup + 2 tbsp oat flour (made by blitzing rolled oats to a very fine consistency)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- chocolate chips (measured with your soul)
Preheat the oven to 180C and prep a muffin tray, greasing well.
Start by blending your banana and wet ingredients until smooth.
Next, add in your dry ingredients and then blend again until you have a smooth batter, then stir in chocolate chips and/or your favourite add-in’s.
Pour your batter into the muffin liners/ muffin tray.
Bake for 15-18 minutes , until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
