Living an oenophile’s dream, with a behind-the-scenes peek of Gaja’s winery in #Langhe - from the surreal sight of snowcapped vineyards through to the cellars where the King of Italian wines’ vintages are aged! The real highlight was breaking bread with the gregarious @GiovanniGaja , who opened our palate to Piemonte cuisine - particularly, this iconic egg-based #tajerin pasta (famously made with 24 yolks for each kilo of wheat!). Paired beautifully with the 2015 vintage of #Dagromis Barolo (to be released this summer)! Swipe right for more moments from a day all-too-wonderfully well spent. #GajaWine #TFdinItaly
