Living an oenophile’s dream, with a behind-the-scenes peek of Gaja’s winery in #Langhe - from the surreal sight of snowcapped vineyards through to the cellars where the King of Italian wines’ vintages are aged! The real highlight was breaking bread with the gregarious @GiovanniGaja , who opened our palate to Piemonte cuisine - particularly, this iconic egg-based #tajerin pasta (famously made with 24 yolks for each kilo of wheat!).
